| FP 5 | |

One of the tangible results of UNITE is the model for an "Unified
Consortium Agreement" for FP5, developed together with the European
Industry. This U-CA has become the practical international standard.

| FP 7 | |

One of the recent results of UNITE is the model for an "
Consortium Agreement" for FP7, developed together with all major European
stakeholders (Industry, Academia, Research_Institutes). DESCA is presented on jan 17, 2007, and updated on a regular basis from there on. <- Push the button for the DESCA website; where you will find the latest version and possibilities for feedback. |

| FP 6 NoE | |

A group of organizations [EARMA,EARTO,ANRT,UNITE] have succeeded in
making a unified agreement for *Networks of Excellence*.
From the evaluation in march 2004 we know this is the de-facto standard in Europe now <- push the button for download of UNECA_v4.zip including .pdf .wpd .doc formats, essential appendices and a read.me file |

The German CA-team - including UNITE- and EARTO-members- developed a slightly

EARTO and UNITE offer you their Earto-Unite model for Integrated Projects // STREP
FP6 Consortium Agreements. [based on the IPCA] This includes IPR clauses which are the most realistic and balanced for FP6, following the Rules of the CEC. <- push the button for download of EU-IPCA.zip (including .pdf .wpd .doc formats and a read.me file ) Also do read the shared EARTO _UNITE intro-pages and /or membersites for essential warnings and information. |

Based on the succes of the U-CA for FP5, Industry and Academia
tried to define the standard CA for FP6.
The result is the IPCA. Sadly, we could not agree on IPR -as we found
industry taking an approach which is in contradiction with the mind-set
on IPR in FP6 - so each party has to fill in that chapter itself
[=> our EARTO_UNITE-IPCA], but we agreed on the other chapters including the
management of Integrated Projects, which is very important in FP6.
<- push the button for downloading industie's IPCA version just for reference. |

|
With a lot of help from UNITE and others the french ANRT made their taste
of CA for FP6 Integrated Projects // STREP. Their approach is more or less diametral
to the IPCA, but could serve in academic circumstances. IPR is not complete
- seen from university view.
See membersite, IPR-helpdesk and consortiumforum list for help and comments. <- .zip download for IP & STREP ANRT also made a CRAFT-CA, where we have no real feedback yet. |

A typical german grouping led by Helmholtz Geschellschafft and including
UNITE- and EARTO-members, called CA-team, developed slightly different models
for FP6 Integrated Projects and STREP's.
